While East Coast Less Lethal strives to provide accurate prices for its products and to have regular access to sufficient inventory, it is possible that East Coast Less Lethal may, from time to time, mistakenly list a product’s price or stock. If this occurs, East Coast Less Lethal will contact you within a reasonable time frame to advise you of the mistake. You understand and agree that the price or availability of a product displayed through the Website does not guarantee that the product will be in stock, sold at the listed price, or that your order can be immediately fulfilled by East Coast Less Lethal.

 

Refund Policy

East Coast Less Lethal's return policy is simple and customer-friendly. We honor all returns for a full product refund, provided the item hasn’t been used or damaged. You have up to 15 days from receiving the product(s) to decide if you would like to keep the product or return it for a full product refund, so it is  recommended that you try the products to see if you like them or not. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the product as been returned back to East Coast Less Lethal.
